Lead Times

Our lead time is 5-7 business days before dispatch. (Not including public holidays and weekends). They are often completed sooner though. All our products are made to order, whether they are personalised or generic and they are made with a lot of love and care. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you need something ASAP, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to organise this for you. 

Pickup

Yes, we offer local pickup from Nambour, Sunshine Coast. Please select pickup on the shipping page.

Payment

We ask that all orders are paid for before we begin the design and production process please. 

Refund policy

Due to our products being custom made, we do not offer refunds. If we have made an error (let’s face it, human error happens!) or there is an issue with your item, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our absolute best to help you and replace the item if necessary.
