Logo File Guide

When it comes to creating your custom signage, having the right logo file makes all the difference. For the best results with laser cutting and printing, we need a vector file—like an SVG, AI, EPS, or high-res PDF. These formats let us scale and cut your design with total precision, keeping all the lines sharp and the details spot on. Unlike pixel-based files (like JPGs or PNGs), vector files don’t lose quality when resized, making them the ideal choice for clean, professional signage.

Using a Canva logo? No stress! Just follow these steps so we can work with it properly:

  1. Open your original, editable design in Canva (the file where you can still make changes to the font, colours, etc.).

  2. Click the Share button.

  3. Change the collaboration link to "Anyone with the link" and make sure Can edit is selected.

  4. Click Copy link and send that link to us.

We won’t make any changes to your logo—promise! This simply allows us to prep your design for the best possible quality when it comes to production.
